Waterness Journey™ offers a clear and structured introduction to aquatic bodywork, movement, and somatic education in water.
This practical training provides both beginners and experienced practitioners with the opportunity to develop a solid technical foundation and refined body awareness through guided aquatic sessions and complementary land-based practices, led by myself senior teacher & founder of Waterness Journey™, psychosomatic therapist, and practitioner of Watsu® and WaterDance® since 2007.
Day 1 – Waterness Fundamentals
(open to all)
A one-day initiation to the principles of Waterness Journey™.
Learn essential techniques for floating, supporting, and guiding another body in water while maintaining awareness of your own posture andmechanics.
Explore primary 3D massage, safe handling, and fundamental underwater movement techniques to create fluid, precise, and connected bodywork.
Days 2–4 – Deepening in Aquatic Therapy & Somatic Connection
(open to students with experience and participants of day 1)
A 3-day intensive designed to refine technique and strengthen your professional practice.
The program combines warm-water sessions with somatic explorations on land, helping participants understand how movement patterns and support principles transfer between both environments.
Through guided exchanges, feedback, and anatomical awareness, you will develop technical clarity, coordination, and relational sensitivity.
Focus: Technical cues & Practice & integration. Somatic awareness & Embodied communication
