THE TRAINING

In the city, Level 1 unfolds over 3 weekends across 5 months. Between modules, there is time to integrate and practise what has been learnt. The training is open to all backgrounds, from newcomers to experienced practitioners.

It offers an original way of transmitting and integrating practice, from the surface to underwater movement, in a creative and investigative spirit. The work in water is combined with somatic and psychosomatic proposals on land. They nourish the specific qualities needed to accompany someone, from playful to profound.
