COURSE DESCRIPTION
This retreat marks a new chapter in the aquatic bodywork and somatic Waterness Journey™ method, displaying:
- Foundations & technical integration
- Movement & bodywork exploration
- Therapeutic & somatic depth
- Relational & Experiential Practice
PHASE 1 – FOUNDATIONS OF WATERNESS
July 28 (afternoon) – July 30 (full day)
➕ July 31: self-practice & integration
A first step into the Waterness method, exploring floating and the foundations of aquatic bodywork, supporting from the beginning fluid touch, efficient body mechanics, and coherent movement in water
Development of anatomical awareness and safe, responsive applications
Anchoring and floating – use of props for deep surface work.
Experiencing the dynamic between support and surrender
Exploration of 3D massage to release surface tension and prepare the body and breath for immersion,
Integration of fundamental above & underwater movement principles in supine, prone, and side positions
PHASE 2 – NEXUS IMMERSION
August 1 – August 5 (morning)
Study of deep belly organs massage in water
Study of dynamic movements: push and pull, inversions, deep stretches, and strong directional changes
Deepening through movement principles: touch, direction, and rhythm reveal the emotional and somatic landscape
Group dynamics, self-refinement process
Authentic movement and in-depth exploration, using tools of psychology and somatic approach
Direct Access to Phase 2 is open to Waterness students with a minimum of 50 hours of prior training. Limited space.💧
Participants develop both technical skills and somatic awareness, exploring how water supports fluidity, perception, and transformation, physically and emotionally.
InFLUX bridges Level 1 (foundations of floating, bodywork, and relational dialogue) and Level 2 (NEXUS), with an emphasis on extended practice time. The total amount of credited times is 65hours if you take both phases & practice day.
LEARNING APPROACH
A balanced rhythm between technique, exploration, and free movement
Daily space for rest, integration, and personal process
Dedicated time for self-practice (July 31) and integration in nature
Development of listening, presence, and relational awareness
This method supports an embodied and experiential integration, both on land and in water, applicable to any therapeutic or bodywork context.

PRE-REQUISITES
No prerequisites for the 1st part of the retreat. It is possible to enter the second stage directly ( Saturday 01.08.26) at different price, to be discussed with me, prior to registration.
The prerequisite for the second stage: completion of an INTRO/TAde/FUNDAMENTALS or WATERNESS (waterness journey)™ and/or an equivalent training, to be discussed with the teacher prior to registration.
The course will be conducted in French, english/spanish
PRICE:
1’160 EUROS for 9 days retreat (includes TUITION & POOL RENTAL)

820 euros for 4,5 days : includes TUITION & POOL RENTAL)
DISCOUNTS
– 15% early bird registration (before May 17 2026)
– 20% for audit (people who already studied course waterness ™ 50 hours)
The registration fee includes all tuition fees, learning materials and the assistance during class hours + POOL COSTS.
It does not however include travel expenses, break fast & diner & lodging fees.
Catering and Lodging are to be paid directly with TINIKA (steven)
It is your responsibility to find your tickets and transport.

Registrations & lodging will be accepted on a first come – first served basis. The registrations will be valid only upon completion of the Registration Form and bank deposit.

Lunch (half-board) is 12 CHF per meal, to be added to the room rate.
We have a large in door kitchen with table, oven, fridge, and coffee/tea available.
There is also a spacious outdoor kitchen next to the pool, where we can also share meals and cook together in the evening 💙
The village of Grimisuat is 5 minutes away, with grocery shops and a few restaurants.
