Practice Hours and Supervisions:

During this time, participants have the opportunity to receive treatments from the instructor and assistant, including Waterness®, Watsu®, WaterDance®, and Craniosacral Therapy in water sessions. Supervision for Waterness® is also available.

Course Contents:
- Pros and Cons: Analysis of the benefits and limitations of aquatic therapy during pregnancy.
- Approach to Different Trimesters and Common Ailments: Understanding the specifics of each trimester and associated discomforts.
- Massage Practice in Supine or Lateral Positions: Implementing stretches adapted to the month of pregnancy to ensure comfort and safety.
- Fluid and Rocking Movements: Utilizing gentle, continuous gestures to release tension in the thoracic region and neck.
- Release Points and Mobilization: Targeted work on the hips, pelvis, and lumbar areas to improve mobility and reduce discomfort.
- Use of Cushions and Floats: Proper positioning to support the body during sessions, ensuring optimal comfort and safety.
- Information Gathering and Adaptation: Personalizing verbal and somatic support based on individual needs, through thorough assessment and active listening.
The 8-hour training includes movement studies among participants and practice with pregnant women.
The first part of the training focuses on the importance of breathwork to relax and calm the mind and mood, through simple movements targeting the mother’s upper body.
The second part aims, through movements centered on the lower body, to guide the mother into a deeper state of relaxation and inner connection.
Prerequisites: Completion of a basic course: WatsuBasic, Waterness, or TCS en agua 1®. The class will be conducted in French, with possible translation into English.
Training Details:
- Price: 185 CHF, including training hours, manual, and WABA accreditation.
- Discount: 30% off for TAdE auditors.
- Additional Fees: Pool rental for course practices is separate.
Participation Fee: Each participant will pay 80 CHF (VAT included) for the use of TINIKA center facilities. To finalize registration, payment should be made with the reference “TAdE + your name” via bank transfer.
